中強光電召開九十八年股東常會通過配發2.2元現金股息

中強光電股份有限公司今(6/10)日上午召開九十八年股東常會，會中通過每普通股配發2.2元現金股息。今日股東常會同時通過九十七年度營業報告書及財務報表，其中全年合併營業收入淨額為新台幣799.04億元，合併稅後淨利新台幣25.25億元，歸屬母公司股東之淨利為新台幣23.18億元，每股稅後盈餘則為新台幣3.2元。

中強光電公佈98第一季合併自結財務報表，稅後每股盈餘0.36元

中強光電股份有限公司(以下簡稱中光電)今(29)日下午召開法人說明會，會中公佈九十八年第一季自結財務報表。總計九十八年第一季合併營業收入淨額為新台幣133.31億元，較前一季減少19.9%，合併營業淨利為新台幣4.58億元，合併稅後淨利為新台幣1.39億元，較前一季成長169%，其中歸屬母公司股東之淨利為新台幣2.64億元，第一季基本每股稅後盈餘則為新台幣0.36元。中光電同時公佈於昨(28)日董事會通過，今年擬每普通股配發2.2元現金股息，總計今年發放現金股利約15億9仟3佰萬元，員工紅利則預計發放約新台幣2億8仟1佰萬元，全數為現金。

Coretronic Corporation Announces First Quarter 2009 Results

Hsinchu, Taiwan – Coretronic Corporation (5371.TW) today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009. For the first quarter of 2009, Coretronic’s consolidated sales revenue amounted to NT$13,331 million with an operating income of NT$458 million. Net income was reported at NT$139 million, attributable to equity holders of the parent company NT$264 million, and basic EPS* NT$0.36 per common share. Coretronic’s Board of Directors adopted a proposal recommending distribution of NT$2.2 cash dividend per common share. The proposal will be discussed and decided at the Company’s annual shareholders’ meeting scheduled for June 10, 2009.

Coretronic Corporation Announces Fourth Quarter 2008 Results

Hsinchu, Taiwan – Coretronic Corporation (5371.TW) today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2008. For the fourth quarter of 2008, Coretronic’s consolidated sales revenue amounted to NT$16,632 million with an operating income of NT$305 million. Net loss was reported at NT$202 million; of which NT$171 million loss attributable to equity holders of the parent company. For the fiscal year ended 2008, the consolidated sales revenue registered at NT$79,904 million with an operating income of NT$2,959 million and a net income of NT$2,525 million. The net income attributable to equity holders of the parent company was NT$2,318 million, and basic EPS* was reported at NT$3.2 per common share.

Coretronic Corporation Announces Third Quarter 2008 Results

Hsinchu, Taiwan – Coretronic Corporation (5371.TW) today announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2008. For the third quarter of 2008, Coretronic’s consolidated sales revenue amounted to NT$22,078 million with an operating income of NT$1,027 million. Net income was reported at NT$1,111 million; of which NT$1,010 million, up 13% QoQ, attributed to equity holders of the parent company. The basic EPS* for the third quarter of 2008 was NT$1.39 per common share. For the first three quarters of 2008, the consolidated sales revenue registered at NT$63,272 million with operating income totaled NT$2,653 million and a net income of NT$2,727 million. The net income attributed to equity holders of the parent company was NT$2,490 million, and basic EPS* was reported at NT$3.44 per common share.

Coretronic Corporation August 2008 Sales Revenue Totaled NT$6,623M

Hsinchu, Taiwan – Coretronic Corporation (5371.TW) today announced its August 2008 unconsolidated revenue of NT$4,158M (un-audited) and combined China DLP Projector & LCD Backlight sales of NT$6,623M, increased 20% and 16% respectively from July 2008. On a year-over-year comparison, combined and uncombined August 2008 revenues increased by 15% and 12%, respectively.

Coretronic Corporation Announces Second Quarter 2008 Results

Hsinchu, Taiwan – Coretronic Corporation (5371.TW) today announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008. For the second quarter of 2008, Coretronic’s consolidated sales revenue amounted to NT$21,187 million with an operating income of NT$951 million. Net income was reported at NT$1,009 million, of which attributable to equity holders of the parent company NT$896 million, up 53% QoQ. The basic EPS* for the second quarter of 2008 was NT$1.23 per common share. For the first half of 2008, consolidated sales revenue registered at NT$41,194 million, up 17% YoY. Operating income totaled NT$1,626 million with a net income of NT$1,883 million. Net income attributable to equity holders of the parent company was NT$1,480 million, and basic EPS* reported at NT$2.04 per common share.

On a year-over-year comparison, combined and uncombined July 2008 revenues increased by 3% and 2%, respectively.

On a year-over-year comparison, combined and uncombined June 2008 revenues increased by 9.4% and 6%, respectively.
