Coretronic Honored with “2025 National Talent Development Awards”, Driving Digital and Sustainable Transformation through Talent Resilience

The Ministry of Labor held the “2025 National Talent Development Awards” ceremony on December 4 at Le Méridien Taipei. Coretronic Corporation (5371.TW), a TPEx-listed company known for its excellence in sustainability, stood out among 117 participating organizations and received the “Large Enterprise Award”. Coretronic’s President, Sarah Lin, accepted the award on behalf of the Company, highlighting Coretronic’s long-term commitment to talent development and its achievements in digital and sustainable transformation. This recognition underscores the Company’s dedication to strengthening organizational resilience and driving continuous innovation through talent-centric strategies.

The National Talent Development Award is the highest honor in Taiwan’s talent cultivation field. Centered on the theme of “comprehensive talent development”, the award evaluates participating organizations across multiple dimensions, including system operations, performance alignment, innovation diffusion, and sustainability and diversity. The judging panel noted that Coretronic positions “talent resilience” as its core strategy, integrating competency-based development, digital learning, and cross-generational co-learning. The Company successfully aligns its talent development initiatives with its business and sustainability strategies, advancing along three axes: “strengthening core operations”, “advancing technological innovation”, and “supporting sustainable transformation”. Its efforts in youth empowerment, internal instructor system, and AI-enabled learning have been recognized as industry benchmarks.

Coretronic has incorporated talent development into its management framework through executive performance alignment, competency framework design, and an integrated digital learning platform. The Company has built a three-track learning model—online, in-person, and on-the-job training (OJT).
