The backlight brightness of the different region in the LCD screen can be adjusted to fit different image contents, and each area can reach HDR1000, so ultra wide dynamic range of display can be implemented. By this technology the LCDs with vivid details in both bright and dark areas like in the real world can be displayed.

Ultra Slim Direct Type Display Technology

Coretronic developed the direct type display, which the thickness was slim as edge type disply, and combined with local dimming to present the feature of slim, energy saving and HDR.

 

Through our development capabilty of optical lens, it can reduce the optical distance to 8-10mm from 20-25mm product on the market, and expect to reach 2mm to achieve ultra slim direct type display.

High Color Saturation Technology
