Coretronic Shareholders Approve NT$2.8 Cash Dividend

Coretronic Corporation today held its 2010 annual shareholders meeting, during which shareholders approved all agenda items including the distribution of a NT$2.8 cash dividend per common share. At the meeting, shareholders also approved the 2009 Business Report and Financial Statements. Consolidated sales revenue for 2009 totaled NT$77,425 million and the operating income totaled NT$2,965 million with a net income of NT$2,730 million. Net income attributable to equity holders of the parent company is NT$2,677 million with the basic EPS of NT$3.72 per common share.
