Coretronic Shareholders Approve NT$3.5 Cash Dividend

Coretronic Corporation today held its 2011 annual shareholders meeting, during which shareholders approved all agenda items including the distribution of a NT$3.5 cash dividend per common share. At the meeting, shareholders also approved the 2010 Business Report and Financial Statements. Consolidated sales revenue for 2010 totaled NT$92,237 million and the operating income totaled NT$4,602 million with a net income of NT$3,877 million. Net income attributable to equity holders of the parent company is NT$3,535 million with the basic EPS of NT$4.88 per common share.
