Coretronic "Immersive Curved Interactive Wall" on Display at 2018 ISE
Amsterdam, the Netherlands - The Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) trade show for the audio-video industry was held with much fanfare between February 6 ~ 9, 2018, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Coretronic Corporation, the leading provider of innovative display solutions, showcased its several new exclusive technologies and application scenarios during the show. One of the highlights on display was the "Immersive Curved Interactive Wall" that won the 2017 Innovative Product Award in Taiwan. Designed for corporate meetings and interactive e-learning experiences, the wall drew in many visitors at the show.
The "Immersive Curved Interactive Wall" incorporates several proprietary technologies, including flexible projected capacitive touch screen, ultra-short-throw laser projectors and the world’s first automated image blending system. The curved surface can reach over 7 meters in length to deliver a completely immersive experience. The roll type touch screen can not only be installed/removed at any time but can also be packed away into a small carton for easy transportation to any location, so it does not suffer from the transportation and installation difficulties experienced with other touch displays on the market. High-precision, 30-point touch control remains smooth even with multiple users. It can be used for all kinds of venues such as classrooms, conference rooms, exhibition halls and commercial spaces, making this a solution that is far ahead of its market.
Another highlight was the Captured Board. It can be used just like the traditional white-board, allowing users to seamlessly migrate over to a digital environment without having to change their usage habits. Multiple devices can receive data from the Captured Board to greatly cut transcribing times. The board can be installed in any room or at outdoor discussion areas. It is also intuitive to use so it can greatly increase the convenience of creative interactions.
