InnoSpectra Launches Full Series of NIR Products at CIOE 2025, Advancing Health Screening and Environmental Recycling

InnoSpectra Corporation (ISC), a subsidiary of Coretronic (5371.TW), will join its China agent, Shenzhen Pynect Science and Technology Ltd. (Pynect), to showcase its full series of NIR Spectrometer products at the 26th China International Optoelectronic Expo (CIOE 2025).

The full series of NIR spectrometer products covers the following wavelength:
  1. Standard-wavelength (900 nm–1700 nm)
  2. Extended-wavelength (1350 nm–2150 nm)
  3. Extended-plus-wavelength  (1600 nm–2400 nm)
  4. Full-range wavelength (900 nm–2400 nm)

ISC’s products cover the full NIR spectral measurement range from 900 nm to 2400 nm. In addition to supporting various wavelength selections, the devices effectively capture key absorption peaks after scanning samples, significantly enhancing the accuracy of analytical models and predictive performance. With the increasing demands for public health safety and environmental recycling classification, these products have been widely applied in asbestos (tile) detection, plastic sorting, and pharmaceutical (drug) screening. They assist recycling operators in determining whether building materials contain asbestos, distinguishing different types of plastics, and provide pharmacists and law enforcement personnel with instant and precise detection tools for rapid identification of pharmaceuticals or controlled substances.

The focus of this collaboration is the “Fiber-Optic Spectrometer Module”, which enables the flexible construction of diverse measurement system platforms, including transmission light paths for cuvette holders, flow cell transmission light paths, and reflective integrating sphere optical paths, among other configurations. The spectrometers also support users in developing accompanying software to meet the application needs of research institutions and corporate laboratories. This system allows for real-time monitoring of sample characteristics, helping users accelerate product development and improve quality control efficiency. ISC’s NIR spectrometers feature high modularity and system integration capabilities, making them easy to embed into various smart detection systems for rapid and precise sample scanning. They enable simultaneous measurement of multiple parameters, providing a high-performance, cost-effective solution that combines efficiency with value.

Faced with the growing demand for customized solutions across industries, ISC is partnering with Pynect to provide services ranging from professional evaluation and feasibility analysis reports to tailored spectral solution recommendations. This approach helps users accurately define development directions, while effectively reducing resource waste and development risks. ISC has long focused on the research, development, and manufacturing of spectral analysis technologies and works closely with Pynect to integrate their respective strengths in end-product design and technical services. Together, they aim to deliver smarter and more systematic NIR spectral application solutions for academic institutions and industry users, accelerating technology deployment and driving industrial upgrading.

The 26th CIOE will be held from September 10 to 12, 2025, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center. ISC’s full series of NIR spectrometer products will be showcased at Pynect’s booth (Hall 3, Booth 3E02). Experts and scholars from all fields are warmly invited to visit, provide guidance, and engage in discussions to personally experience ISC’s innovative NIR rapid screening and detection technologies, which feature fast scanning, lightweight design, cost-effectiveness, and broad applicability.
